This study aims to analyze the changes in agrifood supply chain (AFSC) configurations Latin America (LATAM) imposed by markets as an effect of COVID-19 pandemic. paper analyzes results mobility trends, production rates, logistics performance, and strategies developed managers decision makers organizations agro-industrial sector for during early stages pandemic a food-exporting region that contributes 14% world’s agricultural fishery products. Through literature review reports scientific articles on behavior published international organizations, research centers, researchers around AFSC LATAM, impacts logistical disruptions, configuration strategies, disruptive technologies applied American chains lockdown are identified. As result this reconfiguration AFSC, development short digitalization based electronic commerce were most used LATAM.
