emergence

(AMR)

pathogens

threat

review
explores
the
role
resistome
mapping
as
crucial
tool
for
understanding
transmission
dynamics
genes
(ARGs)
foodborne
pathogens,

Campylobacter
spp.,

techniques

sequencing,
