The research is devoted to the development and implementation of a biotechnological methodology for production enriched protein feeds from secondary grain products, namely post-alcoholic bard fermentolysate substandard grain. study included selection consortium anaerobic microorganisms capable efficient processing these substrates, optimisation fermentation conditions, as well laboratory pilot tests. obtained feed products were characterised by high content (45-47%), balanced amino acid composition, including essential acids, presence biologically active substances such vitamins probiotics. process achieved degree utilisation organic components, reducing negative environmental impact. developed technology demonstrated competitive performance compared traditional methods alternative approaches. results confirm promising use raw materials high-quality economically favourable fodder products.
