This study aimed to determine zootechnical performance on a poultry farm located in semi-arid zone Algeria and evaluate the level of breeding management. Over 64 weeks, flock 583 males 5026 female reproducers was monitored. Zootechnical sanitary parameters were recorded regularly (building, equipment, environmental conditions, production, harvest storage eggs, mortality rate). The results obtained showed that temperature, humidity light intensity unstable difficult control. did not offer granulated feed while nutritional supplements preventive treatments administered systematically between 19th 30th weeks. Antiparasitic limited prevention only, this condition aggravated by danger linked rodent movements among livestock. For reproduction management, sex ratio respected at start, maintained during production phase. average rate phase higher (42.92%) than females (8.84%). Laying generally within standards (the start laying around 24th week with later peak 29th week). An acceptable livestock management found, compliance standards. Given problems reported monitoring, we recommend organisation training days for all staff.
