This study aimed to determine zootechnical performance on a poultry farm located in semi-arid zone Algeria and evaluate the level of breeding management. Over 64 weeks, flock 583 males 5026 female reproducers was monitored. Zootechnical sanitary parameters were recorded regularly (building, equipment, environmental conditions, production, harvest storage eggs, mortality rate). Given problems reported monitoring, we recommend organisation training days for all staff.
