Purpose: This study aims to investigate the possible side effects of chemotherapeutic agent Docetaxel on male reproductive system and in vivo preventive or therapeutic role hydroalcoholic extract S. officinalis L. against these effects. Materials Methods: In study, 50 Wistar albino rats were divided into five groups: Control; Docetaxel; officinalis; + groups. After treatments, testicular tissues excised fixed 10% formaldehyde. routine tissue processing, sections taken. Then, hematoxylin-eosin immunohistochemical staining (PGP 9.5 DAZL1) performed, immunoreactivity intensity was evaluated. Results: light microscopic examinations preparations which histological tracking method applied, architecture observed be normal control group, while pathological changes such as irregularity, hemorrhage, spermatogenic cells spilling lumen seminiferous tubule epithelium docetaxel group. evaluation made according Johnsen scoring system, a significant decrease detected group compared groups applied only officinalis. According analysis intensities PGP DAZL1, it seen that Sal before application showed protective properties increased expression levels Dox Conclusion: shows 70% methanol (MeOH) may protect negative tissue. Our findings are promising because they indicate when given patients dosetaxel administration, distinct characteristics provide novel option. It is also thought contribute future vitro studies examining system.

Stem cell therapy offers significant promise for tissue regeneration and repair. Traditionally, bone marrow- adipose-derived stem cells have served as primary sources, but their clinical use is limited by invasiveness low yield. This review focuses on body fluid-derived an emerging, non-invasive, readily accessible alternative. We examine isolated from amniotic fluid, peripheral blood, cord menstrual urine, synovial breast milk, cerebrospinal highlighting unique biological properties therapeutic potential. By comparing characteristics barriers to translation, we propose a promising source regenerative applications, with continued research needed fully achieve utility.
