Chick's susceptibility to heat stress often leads growth retardation, immune function impairment, disease, and mortality. This thesis explores the potential ameliorative effect of 0.8% Eucommia ulmoides extract (EUE) into diet heat-stressed chicks in a 15-d feeding trial.
