Coffee cherry pulp (CCP) is a by-product of coffee bean production. CCP contains amounts phenolic compounds that are beneficial for animals. This study evaluated the impact extract (CCPE) supplementation on growth performance, meat quality, carcass characteristics, serum biochemistry, cecum microbial population, intestinal morphology, and immune antioxidant responses broilers. Five hundred 1-day-old Ross 308 chicks were randomly assigned to five groups: basal diet control, with antibiotic promoters at 0.25 g/kg, groups supplemented CCPE 0.5, 1.0, 2.0 g/kg over 35 days. The results showed throughout experimental period, improved their final weight, average daily gain, feed conversion ratio (p < 0.05). 1.0 reduced intake In addition, 0.5 levels alanine transaminase aspartate aminotransferase Triglyceride lowest in group all levels, high-density lipoprotein significantly increased Drip loss breast 24 48 h decreased Additionally, live defeathered weight Furthermore, especially villus height per crypt depth also pathogenic bacteria, Lactobacillus spp. 0.05), expression immune-related genes activity liver intestines Therefore, use as an alternative antibiotics broiler performance health parameters It provides sustainable environmentally friendly option supplementary feed, contributing more efficient poultry nutrition management.
