Microbial
communities
in
the
gastrointestinal
tract

Understanding
structure

microbial
Ningxiang
pigs
is
essential
for
optimizing
their
growth,
development,
nutritional
efficiency.

diversity

collected
samples
from
four
key

metabolic
abundance
was
conducted
explore
differences
among
tissues.
Alpha
indices
(ACE,
Chao1,
Simpson,
Shannon)
revealed
significant
richness
evenness
At
phylum
level,
Firmicutes
dominated
microbiota,
while
Bacteroidota
prominent
NFC
NFL.
LEfSe
identified
dominant
groups,
such
as
f_Prevotellaceae
NFC,
o_Lactobacillales
NFG,
f_Clostridiaceae
NFI,
f_Muribaculaceae
Functional
profiling
using
PICRUSt2
showed
that
primarily
involved
organismal
systems
(e.g.,
aging,
digestion),
cellular
processes
cell
transport),
environmental
information
processing
signaling),
genetic
transcription,
translation),
regulation
amino
acid
carbohydrate
metabolism).
highlighted
distinct
profiles
across
tissues,
with
observed
pathways
related
immune
system,
energy
lipid
transcriptional
translational
regulation,
aging.
Our
findings
demonstrate
exhibit
structural
characteristics,
which
are
closely
associated
regulation.
These
results
provide
valuable
insights
into
growth

future
studies

microbe-mediated
