Abstract Mastitis is the most economically significant disease affecting lactating dairy cows worldwide. From November 2023 to April 2024, a cross-sectional study was carried out in Maya City, eastern Hararghe zone, assess prevalence of mastitis cows, identify related risk factors, and examine antibiogram profiles Escherichia coli from raw cow milk.
