Key Clinical Message The most common external factors that men can have influence on, and improve its own spermatogenesis, are related to lifestyle, habits, stress level, sport activities, nutrition quality, medications. Steroids became one of the key issues in young during reproductive stage life. More more teenagers who not even developed yet naturally start using supplements very early build up body strengths muscles shortest possible time. In this report is presented case 44‐year‐old (November 2022), healthy, sporty man, 1–2 times per year on steroid cycles since he turned 40th. He had intention become a father; however after 6 months last cycle, sperm count was zero. This will show what needed successfully done within less than 4 steroids administration moment when reached almost 16 million sperms milliliter. Conventional drug delivery methods to treat testicular disorders face various challenges, which could be circumvented by using targeted delivery. Testicular cell targeting ligands, such as Leydig homing peptides, would an excellent choice achieve the of drugs testis. In this study, peptides (LCHPs), LCHP1 and LCHP2, were identified via in vitro, followed vivo biopanning a phage display peptide library next-generation sequencing.
