In this study, a portion of whole durum wheat semolina was replaced with Pleurotus eryngii powder (PeP) at concentrations 5% and 10% (w/w) to produce two taralli variants, TPE5 TPE10. In recent years, the consumption of avocado, both fresh and processed, has experienced a significant worldwide increase due to its recognized nutritional value beneficial health effects. However, this industrial processing generates substantial amount underutilized byproducts, primarily peel seed, leading environmental economic challenges. Fortunately, these residues are rich in bioactive phytochemicals, making their recovery an excellent opportunity enhance sustainability profitability modern avocado industry. This bibliometric analysis utilizes data from Scopus platform explore comprehensive utilization waste. By employing biorefinery approach computational tools, study aims identify extract value-added compounds with potential applications food, pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic industries. The results highlight that most relevant research topics currently focused on sustainable biotransformation byproducts. Plants are a raw material source for obtaining various biologically active complexes, and their isolation can be used to obtain new drugs with diverse biological activities. As sources of substances, plants the genus Alhagi, species Alhagi Kirgisorum Schrenk (zhantak – Kyrgyz camel thorn), great interest. Schrenk, which was collected during flowering period in Shelek district, Almaty region, 2023, is an aboveground part plant species. Analysis substances materials, consideration effective technological parameters extracting complexes from using ultrasonic extraction, study pharmacological activity obtained medicinal preparations important issues. In order isolate complex tannins materials: 50% ethanol solvent extraction maceration methods, ratio extractant 1:8 proposed. The composition this very rich secondary metabolites, including tannin it known that share 4,92%. by two different methods: subjected component analysis, found extract contained more substances. anticholinesterase showed 48,20±4,39% against AChE, 4,21±0,39% BChE, antidiabetics α-Amylase inhibitory 2807,63±0,10, α-Glucosidase 183,51±0,80. Also, oxidation process: ABTS+ assay 12,52±2,16 (6,25-50 µg/mL), DPPH 15,70±0,46 (3,125-25 CUPRAC 20,82±0,02 µg/mL) according β- carotene/linoleic acid analysis 38,73±0,75 activity.
