Background:
Obesity

Background/Objectives:
Strawberries
are
highly
appreciated
for
their
rich
phytochemical
composition,
but
rapid
postharvest
deterioration
limits
shelf
life

nutritional
quality.

strawberry
fruits
leaves
during
storage
