It can influence sleep patterns following by modulating various pathways, including hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis, immune responses, neural mechanisms. Disruption adversely affect post-stroke quality, lead to imbalance. Based on flora, this paper explores involvement axis (HPA axis), pathway stroke, aiming offer insights prevention, treatment, research insomnia.
