Abstract Background Sono-photodynamic therapy (SPDT), which combines photodynamic (PDT) and sonodynamic (SDT) therapies with sensitizers, offers new avenues for cancer treatment. Even though sensitizers SPDT have been synthesized great success, few of them are effectively used. The limited tumor-targeting specificity, inability to transport the deeply intratumorally, deteriorating tumor microenvironment limit their anti-tumor effectiveness. current study was carried out aiming at high-frequency ultrasound-assisted drug delivery chia, cress flax conjugated hematite iron oxide nanoparticles (CCF–HIONP) photothermal–photodynamic lung (LCA) treatment in vitro vivo as activated up-to-date modality. Materials methods conducted on human LCA cells (A-549) protocol application groups Swiss albino mice treated benzo[a]pyrene only were not received any inducing LCA, after induction began, daily CCF–HIONP HIFU–SPDT sensitizer or without exposure laser (IRL) ultrasound (HIFU–US) a combination and/or 3 min 2 weeks. Abstract The world’s concern about smoking hazards, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and lung cancer was the motivation to investigate plants as a source of new drugs with protective effect. phytochemical profile Vitis vinifera L. var. King Ruby leaves methanol extract (VLME) tentatively recognized by liquid chromatography electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometric (LC-ESI-MS/MS). Fifty-two forty-seven compounds were identified negative positive ESI modes, respectively. Hepatitis adalah gangguan kerusakan hati yang ditandai dengan peradangan akibat berbagai faktor, salah satunya penggunaan obat. Kerusakan obat, atau drug-induced liver injury (DILI), memiliki prevalensi relatif tinggi. Isoniazid (INH) dan Rifampisin merupakan kombinasi obat berisiko menyebabkan DILI memicu hati. Salah satu parameter untuk menilai pengukuran kadar bilirubin serum total. Tanaman katemas (Euphorbia heterophylla L.) diketahui mengandung flavonoid, tanin, saponin sifat antioksidan kuat. Tingginya insiden mendorong perlunya eksplorasi terapi alternatif dalam mengatasi Katemas tanaman liar tumbuh melimpah, tetapi masih kurang dimanfaatkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi aktivitas hepatoprotektif ekstrak daun katemas. Metode digunakan penelitian maserasi memperoleh pelarut etanol 96%. Pengujian dilakukan pada lima kelompok tikus total di semua kelompok. Semua diinduksi menggunakan INH RMP. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Kelompok III IV, variasi dosis, hepatoprotektif. V, menerima dosis tertinggi sebesar 200 mg/kg BB, penurunan paling signifikan rata-rata terbesar (-0,226) standar deviasi kecil (±0,043).
