ABSTRACT The decline of oocyte quality with advanced maternal age has a detrimental effect on female fertility. However, there is limited knowledge therapeutic options and their mechanisms to improve in reproductively older women. In this study, we demonstrated that supplementation salidroside improves the old mice. Salidroside improved maturation, fertilization, developmental competence oocytes from mice by maintaining normal spindle/chromosome structure mitochondrial function. Oocyte transcriptomic micro‐proteomic analysis revealed restores enhancing mitophagy Our studies provide new theoretical foundation for utilizing females context natural fertility or assisted reproduction.

Chlorogenic acid (CGA) has strong antioxidant properties. In order to improve the low maturation rate and poor vitrification freezing effect of sheep oocytes caused by oxidative stress. this study, from 200 2-3-year-old Kazakh were collected, different concentrations CGA added medium solution study effects on rate, cleavage blastocyst reactive oxygen species (ROS) glutathione (GSH) levels, mitochondrial membrane potential, expression levels oxidation apoptosis-related genes in oocytes. The results showed that adding 40 μmol/L oocyte vitro significantly increased oocytes, 50 cryopreservative rates mature activated parthenogenetic activation after freezing. During reduced level ROS (Caspase-3 Bax/Bcl-2), (GSH), anti-apoptosis-related (SOD-2 GPX-3). addition, anti-apoptotic gene (AKT) anti-stress (FOXO) during conclusion, improves quality embryos sheep. These provide a basis for production establishment germplasm resource bank.
