Digestive
enzymes,
such
as
proteases
and
lipases,
are
widely
recognized
for
their
crucial
roles
in
the
ripening
production
of
fermented
foods.

enhance
feed
digestion
promote
animal
growth.
However,
information
on
effects
exogenous
digestive
gut
health
disease
remains
limited.
Notably,
recent
studies
show
that
consuming
lipases
can
increase
levels

bacteria
short-chain
fatty
acids
rodent
gut.
These
findings
led
us
hypothesize
intestinal
play
by
enriching
bacteria.
To
examine
this
hypothesis,
we
reviewed
potential
microbiota
composition
overall
health.

nanoparticles
(ZnONPs)

lactation,

dairy
