Fish

Here,
we
investigated
physiological
and
transcriptomic
changes
exposed
conditions
(dissolved
concentration

mg/L)
for
different
durations

2d,
3d,

5d).
Transcriptomic
analysis
revealed
that
hypoxia
group
(0.6
mg/L
DO)
exhibited
reduction
interlamellar
cell
mass
(ILCM)
on
filaments,
compared
with
control
(6.6
DO).
With
prolonged
stress,
epithelial
cells
lamellae
became
sparse
at
3

vacuoles
were
increased.

total

expressed
genes
(DEGs)

differential

pomace
