Several diseases and injuries cause irreversible damage to bone tissues, which may require partial or total regeneration replacement. Tissue engineering suggests developing substitutes that contribute the repair process by using three-dimensional lattices (scaffolds) create functional tissues. Herein, scaffolds comprising polylactic acid wollastonite particles enriched with propolis extracts from Arauca region of Colombia were developed as gyroid triply periodic minimal surfaces fused deposition modeling. ABSTRACT Introduction Cistanche deserticola Ma (CD), an edible and medicinal plant native to Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, Gansu in China, is rich bioactive polysaccharides known for their health‐promoting properties. Objective This study seeks identify the optimal conditions extracting CDPs using hot water. Additionally, it aims evaluate chemical properties, antioxidant activity, hypoglycemic effects, cytotoxicity. findings will provide theoretical foundation potential use functional foods pharmaceuticals. Since phenolics may exert dual nature (pro-oxidant antioxidant) the aim this study was investigate safety profile ethanolic extract propolis related flavonoid galangin their ability protect lymphocytes from irinotecan-induced cyto/genotoxicity in vitro.
