Magnetic
resonance
imaging
(MRI)
creates
detailed
images
by
combining
a
powerful
magnetic
field
with
high-frequency
radio
waves.
MRI
need
to
increase
brightness
and
contrast
facilitate
distinguishing
diseases.
This
study
aims
improve
the
depending
on
suggested
algorithm,
including
three
main
stages.
The
first
is
divide
image
into
areas
using
Multilevel
thresholds
then
CLAHE
for
each
area
separately.
Finally,
these
combine
form
one
it
again.
By
analyzing
results
calculating
non-referenced
quality
measures,
proposed
method
obtained
best
compared
rest
of
methods
rates
EN(6.14),
AG(6.79),
CEM(0.84),
which
indicates
excellent
success
in
increasing
clarity
those
images.

Waterway
transportation
