Acne is an inflammatory or non-inflammatory disease that can be seen at every stage of human life and affects daily both physically psychologically. In the topical treatment acne, substances with different pharmacological effects such as benzoyl peroxide, isotretinoin, azelaic acid (AZE), erythromycin are used alone in combination.AZE cream (20%) has been frequently preferred mild moderate acne recent years. However, since AZE poor solubility water, its low permeability problems may occur. In this study, soluble form was obtained by forming inclusion complex 2-hydroxypropyl β-cyclodextrin (HβC).In addition, gel formulation, which generally exhibits higher properties than oily formulations, prepared using hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC).The formation confirmed NMR, XRD, DSC, FTIR analyses. As a result characterization studies hydrogel it determined they had pseudoplastic flow their viscosity approximately 220 Pa.s.In drug release conducted dialysis bag method, found AZE-HβC formulations similar cumulative percent HβC-free hydrogels but showed commercial (Azelderm, Orva, Türkiye). It proven exhibit profile accordance Higuchi kinetics from Azelderm according to difference (f1) similarity (f2) factors.

To improve efficacy and safety of sunscreen emulsions, UV‐filter skin permeation could be kept as low possible by reducing content or changing emulsion composition. In this work, different lipid phase ratio (12, 14 16% w/w) were assessed for their ability to affect the technological sensory properties O/W emulsions in which bemotrizinol (BMTZ), a broad spectrum agent, was incorporated free loaded into nanostructured nanocarriers (NLC) reduce its release from vehicle and, hence, permeation. The following evaluated vitro suitable methodologies: spreadability, viscosity, pH, occlusion factor, BMTZ release, sun protection factor (SPF). Sensory attributes trained panelists three phases: before/during pick‐up, rub‐in, after application. Raising led an increase viscosity corresponding drop spreadability while incorporation BMTZ‐loaded NLC determined decrease SPF. No observed all emulsions. mainly affected ratio. The article aimed to formulate an MLX binary ethosome hydrogel for topical delivery escalate solubility, facilitate dermal permeation, avoid systemic adverse events, and compare the permeation flux efficacy with classical type. ethosomes were prepared using hot method according Box-Behnken experimental design. formulation was implemented 16 design formulas four center points. Independent variables (soya lecithin, ethanol, propylene glycol concentrations) dependent (vesicle size, dispersity index, encapsulation efficiency, zeta potential). suggested optimized formula (MLX-Ethos-OF) highest desirability perform best responses formulated validated. It demonstrates a 169 nm vesicle 0.2 83.1 EE%, -42.76 mV good potential. MLX-Ethos-OF shows amorphous form in PXRD high vitro drug release of >90% over 7 h by diffusion erosion mechanism. hyaluronic acid fabricated assessed. elegant physical appearance, shear thinning system rheological behavior, spreadability, skin-applicable pH value. ex vivo profile rate 70.45 μg/cm
