To evaluate the earthquake disaster resistance capability of highway tunnels, it is necessary to study an index system for tunnels. This paper uses a literature research method. The damage tunnels in 12 disasters recorded detail China and abroad was investigated. According types hazard-beating bodies forms, 17 seismic scenes are classified. different scenes, fault tree analysis model used identify damage-causing factors. Combined with industry standards, norms results related evaluation indices analyzed from three perspectives: engineering geological factors, tunnel structural factors operation management principle construction, four-level constructed, which takes as target layer; criterion layer indices; indicators 35 specific indicators. established has strong scientific, rational application value can provide reference also important support safe sustainable development

In this thesis, a risk assessment framework based on the Pressure-State-Response (PSR) model is proposed for problem of crossing mined-out region in tunnel construction. The subjective weights indicators are determined by G1 method, objective improved CRITIC method combined with Random Forest (RF) machine learning and calculated using game-theoretic combination assignment method. On basis, two-dimensional cloud was constructed to merge frequency consequence degree comprehensively assess construction's safety across region.
