Quantitative ecosystem services valuation (ESV) is the key to effective environmental protection and restoration. Studies have focused on terrestrial ecosystems are mainly based static analyses, excluding marine service values their variability. In this study, we comprehensively evaluated offshore in Jiangsu Province 2010 2018 using a table of unit area value equivalence factors vertically generalized production model (VGPM) estimate primary productivity. The results showed that ESV was 322.740 477.798 billion yuan 2018, respectively. hydrological regulation water areas highest, whereas unutilized land lowest. different prefectural-level cities exhibited significant spatial heterogeneity were highly correlated with proportion, protection, rational utilization urban areas. 426.011 460.438 respectively; farther from land, lower value. ecological dominant factor comprehensive (accounting for 80% ESV). From overall rose by 188.901 yuan, increasing 25.28% 2010. future, boundaries development activities should be controlled, restoration environment promoted, regulatory functions cultural rationally exploited.
