This study aimed to develop a novel ureasil–polyether transdermal hybrid matrix (U-PEO) loaded with Annona muricata concentrated extract (AMCE), which exhibits potent anti-inflammatory activity. The was obtained by maceration, method that allowed for the extraction of high concentration flavonoids (39.27 mg/g extract). In vivo tests demonstrated 10 mg/kg AMCE inhibited inflammation 6 h. physicochemical characterization U-PEO conducted via thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), while its surface recorded using atomic force microscopy (AFM). in vitro macroscopic swelling and release hydrophilic profile material percentage released. TGA results system exhibited physical compatibility due thermal stability U-PEO. Additionally, AFM revealed rough porous surface, particular emphasis on AMCE. resulted liberation 23.72% within 24 Finally, preclinical also capable effectively inhibiting h, duration comparable commercial formulation. permit advancement towards development system, thereby rendering application clinical studies feasible.
