In the scientific literature, it is highlighted that industrialized construction has significant comparative advantages over traditional construction, primarily in four indicators: (i) cost reduction, (ii) time (iii) increased energy performance, and (iv) reduced environmental impacts. However, there no certainty about range of variation these indicators for advantages, creating uncertainty real impact construction. this work, through a systematic literature review based on PRISMA, 90 articles met selection criteria related to mentioned were selected analyzed. The results show but with wide spectrum each indicators. indicator, reductions between 7% 50% increases 26% 72% are observed; time, 9% up 32% recorded, demand 20% 90% also reported. For indicators, data only provided projects design stage or solutions scale, demonstrating need obtain operational stage. It concluded although offers essential new consider contextual variations, initial investment, logistical challenges, specialized labor maximize their benefits.
