the

changes
in
global
economic

social
environments,
project
organization
resilience
has
emerged
as
a
core
competency
addressing
environmental
uncertainty,
thereby
becoming
prominent
research
area
within
construction
management.
This
is

linked

data
resources;

enterprises
face
systemic
challenges
governance—fragmented
standards,
siloed
storage,
underutilized
analytics—which
limit
their
ability

into
crisis-responsive
actions.
