Metaheuristic algorithms have become a frequently used methodology in many fields such as genetics, bioinformatics, microbiology, etc. related to human health. methods provide efficient solutions when classical approaches fail or are computationally expensive. In this study, Artificial Afterimage Algorithm was applied 4 different medical data sets obtained from Kaggle. There is no previous study the literature that models afterimage algorithm heuristic method. Its mathematical infrastructure simpler than other methods. Using Algorithm, clusters of test samples taken healthy individuals and patients were tried be detected. Accuracy, precision, recall F1 values calculated. The highest Accuracy value 0.85, Precision 0.9, Recall 1 score 0.86. shows method can perform good rate risk detection data.
