The aim of this study was to establish a green fertilization regime combining microbial fertilizers and livestock manure organic fertilizer for two dominant oat cultivars (Avena sativa L. ‘Baiyan No.7’ ‘Qingyin No.2’) in alpine ecosystems, providing technical support sustainable forage production systems grassland pastoral areas the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. experiment conducted following principles randomized block design, with five application rates each effective (EM) compound (FH) applied combination 18,000 kg·hm−2 systematically analyze their effects on agronomic traits, yield quality, soil health. Key results demonstrated following: Avena No.7’, at 15.00 significantly increased plant height by 41.29% (p < 0.05), while 18.75 optimized stomatal conductance transpiration rate 73.29% 46.42%, respectively. For L.‘Qingyin No.2’, 22.50 enhanced relative chlorophyll content (SPAD value) flag leaf 50.92% 47.75%. Yield analysis revealed that fresh dry matter 34.53% 38.64%, respectively, crude protein reaching 11.02%. Maximum (38,073.00 kg·hm−2) No.2’ achieved 11.25 kg·hm−2, facilitated synergistic accumulation (12.57%) soluble sugars (15.58%). Soil carbon 28.85% under 26.21% No.2’. In summary, cultivar-specific system established: No.7’: microorganisms manure; No.2’: manure. This triple sustainability objectives production: enhancing yield, optimizing improving
