The atmospheric environment is formed under the influence of local and distant sources as a result horizontal vertical transport. In present work, microbiological analysis 604 samples aerosol collected in period from September 2020 to 2023 at four sites differing anthropogenic load, located Novosibirsk region, was carried out. Day night were during 12 h every two weeks by filtration using Sartorius reinforced Teflon membranes, then sown on set nutrient media. taxonomic affiliation isolated microbial isolates determined based phenotypic characteristics 16S rRNA gene nucleotide sequences.
