Um bom funcionamento hospitalar é essencial para a melhor prestação de serviço ao paciente. A simulação tem se destacado pelo fato gerar uma maior segurança na tomada decisões e diminuição nas chances erros, serem testadas mudanças fluxos no mundo real. Sendo assim, este artigo possui como objetivo analisar entre as farmácias centrais satélite redução da distância elas em consequência do tempo abastecimento, por meio metodologia pesquisa-ação, aplicando ferramentas Lean um hospital público Feira Santana/BA. Após modelagem dos cenários atual proposta futura, obteve-se resultados otimização fluxo entrega medicamentos, diminuindo percorrida, passando 1.173,22 m 125,35 e, consequentemente, o entrega, 16,47% utilizado 2,27%.

Introduction Implementing Big Data Analytics (BDA) could enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Community Health Centres (CHCs). This study focuses on improving healthcare service delivery in CHCs located Nkangala District through adoption BDA. It identifies a specific research gap seeks to consolidate existing knowledge while revealing challenges opportunities BDA implementation. Methods literature review was conducted using systematic method that adheres PRISMA principles. The process involved identification selection peer-reviewed publications English up 2024. search carried out among several major academic databases, including PubMed, Taylor & Francis Online, Google Scholar, IEEE Xplore, SpringerLink, ScienceDirect, JSTOR. Objective scoping review aims to collate (1) existing Bangladesh’s using aforementioned synthesizing findings, (2) limitations faced by researchers integrating research. Methods MEDLINE (via PubMed), IEEE Xplore, Scopus, Embase databases were searched identify published articles between January 1, 2000, September 10, 2023, meeting following inclusion criteria: any study datasets predicting issues forecasting kind outbreak; studies primarily focusing on Bangladesh; (3) original peer-reviewed journals conference proceedings written English. Results With initial search, we identified 1653 Following exclusion criteria full-text review, 4.66% (77/1653) finally included review. There was substantial increase over last 5 years (2017-2023). Among 77 studies, majority (n=65, 84%) used ML models.
