Circadian rhythms influence a preference for people's time of activity and sleep during the day hours best performance. The aim study was to assess associations between chronotype, physical activity, well-being in adults aged 20-50. scores were determined based on Composite Scale Morningness (CSM) questionnaire, International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) Well-Being Index (WHO-5) respectively. Study data consisted answers 213 respondents (including 64 men) who took part an online survey. Spearman rank correlation coefficient matrix scatter plots used check correlations CSM score quality life parameters' values. General linear models (GLMs) performed find differences quality-of-life parameters different combinations sex chronotype. Morning types showed highest value (mean = 13.48) while evening lowest one 8.35). Evening spent most sitting compared other chronotypes. Results this revealed significant effect chronotype among adults. These findings suggest that is important factor psychologists personal trainers should take into account.

Abstract The ageing process is a systemic decline from cellular dysfunction to organ degeneration, with more predisposition deteriorated disorders. Rejuvenation refers giving aged cells or organisms youthful characteristics through various techniques, such as reprogramming and epigenetic regulation. great leaps in rejuvenation prove that not one-way street, many rejuvenative interventions have emerged delay even reverse the process. Defining mechanism by which roadblocks signaling inputs influence complex programs essential for understanding developing strategies. Here, we discuss intrinsic extrinsic factors counteract cell rejuvenation, targeted core mechanisms involved this Then, critically summarize latest advances state-of-art strategies of rejuvenation. Various methods also provide insights treating specific ageing-related diseases, including reprogramming, removal senescence (SCs) suppression senescence-associated secretory phenotype (SASP), metabolic manipulation, stem cells-associated therapy, dietary restriction, immune heterochronic transplantation, etc. potential applications therapy extend cancer treatment. Finally, analyze detail therapeutic opportunities challenges technology. Deciphering will further into anti-ageing disease treatment clinical settings.

The human circadian system has a period of approximately 24 h and studies on the consequences “chornodisruption” have greatly expanded. Lifestyle environmental factors modern societies (i.e., artificial lighting, jetlag, shift work, around-the-clock access to energy-dense food) can induce disruptions thereby adversely affect individual health. Growing evidence demonstrates complex reciprocal relationship between metabolism system, in which perturbations one other one. From nutritional genomics perspective, genetic variants clock genes both influence metabolic health modify response diet. Moreover, an interplay rhythm, gut microbiome, epigenome been demonstrated, with diet turn able modulate this link suggesting remarkable plasticity underlying mechanisms. In view, study impact timing eating by matching elements from research chrono-biology, that is, chrono-nutrition, could significant implications for personalized nutrition terms reducing prevalence burden chronic diseases. This review provides overview current interactions nutrition, highlighting how microbiome. addition, possible strategies manage circadian-aligned feeding are suggested.

Meal timing emerges as a crucial factor influencing metabolic health that can be explained by the tight interaction between endogenous circadian clock and homeostasis. Mistimed food intake, such delayed or nighttime consumption, leads to desynchronization of internal is associated with an increased risk for obesity disturbances type 2 diabetes cardiovascular diseases. Conversely, meal aligned cellular rhythms optimize performance tissues organs. In this review, we provide overview effects discuss underlying mechanisms. Additionally, explore factors timing, including determinants chronotype genetics, well external influences like social factors, cultural aspects, work schedules. Recently, influence on gut microbiota (GM) composition also emerged, more than half total microbial fluctuates rhythmically throughout day. At same time, other studies have observed that GM itself synchronises host's biological clock through signals a different nature. Therefore, it been hypothesised there is two-way communication between host GM, but researchers only just begun to identify some its action mechanisms. The manuscript aim is, therefore, gather combine latest evidence field with recent research order investigate their relationship potential impact human health.Considering current evidence, desynchronization closely associated an alteration abundance functionality consequent deleterious effects health, such increased risk numerous pathologies, including cardiovascular disease, cancer, irritable bowel depression.
