The 5-Thiocyanauracil (TCU) is a novel synthetic molecule that has been proposed for its hepatoprotective, antioxidant, and antiinflammatory action.Overdosing on paracetamol linked to hepatic damage, which major health danger, especially women. Our research's objective was determine the induced hepatic, anti-inflammatory, coagulopathy effects of against liver damage caused by in rats.Using fifty female rats (10 each group), following treatments were administered groups: Control (D.W or C) group, Paracetamol PA (500 mg/kg/day) TCU (50 mg/kg/day), & Ascorbic Acid (AA) (AA 50 PA+TCU group. For 25 days, given orally.Rats' hearts directly used draw blood samples.Prothrombin Time (PT) evaluated using an auto-analyzer (Huma Clot Jonior), whereas protein carboxylase (PC), Glutathione peroxidase (GPX), interleukin 6 (IL-6) detected serum homogenate ELISA method.TCU treatment dramatically increased GPX activity, decreased IL6 PC levels as compared PA.This finding supports ability reduce PT/INR trend undergo inhibit oxidation, inflammatory progressions over dosage. In conclusion, influenced potential hepatoprotective action could have partially attributed anti-inflammatory antioxidant properties addition tests PA-induced acute injury rat model.

In the modern scientific community, considerable attention is given to studying pharmacological activity of catechin and anthocyanin derivatives. However, a comparative analysis antioxidant antimicrobial activities extracts rich in anthocyanins catechins has not been previously conducted. So, purpose this work was study compare phytochemical composition, potential Vaccinium macrocarpon L., Ericaceae fruit thick Camellia sinensis Theaceae leaf liquid extracts. The quantification biologically active substances (BAS) accomplished with spectrophotometric, titrimetric HPLC methods analysis; determined by potentiometric method; anti-fungi effects evaluated well method minimum inhibition concentration. total content phenolic compounds 0.47% 10.10%, organic acids – 4.27% 1.60% for V. These findings would promote application fruits as pharmaceuticals nutraceuticals.

Abstract Glutathione is one of the foremost human body antioxidant that enables him to cope with oxidative stress and its by‐products. This compound depleted by age, illness, viral infections, including Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome infections (SARS). Restoring levels therefore crucial good health. Since oral bioavailability very poor, it important develop stable derivatives or fragments improved properties. The relationship between chronic inflammation, diseases widely documented. Compounds have high activities arouse much interest as they could contribute detrimental health conditions because stress, thus inflammation. We synthesized some interesting glutathione‐inspired from available starting materials assessed their power. Our compounds were analysed identified usual physicochemical spectroscopic techniques. Their activity was using Diphenylpicrylhydrazine radical Ferric Reducing Antioxidant Power assays. results showed IC 50 values ranging 1.35 mg/mL 3.40 mg/mL, among them (2.32 mg/mL) better than cysteine (IC =3.025 =3.03), which best precursor glutathione.
