Abstract: Tremendous research efforts have been devoted to nanoparticles for applications in optoelectronics and biomedicine. Over the past decade, quantum dots (QDs) become one of fastest growing areas nanotechnology because outstanding photophysical properties, including narrow symmetrical emission spectrum, broad fluorescence excitation tenability wavelength with particle size composition, anti-photobleaching ability stable fluorescence. These characteristics are suitable optical imaging, drug delivery other biomedical applications. Research on QDs toxicology has demonstrated affect or damage biological system some extent, this situation is generally caused by metal ions special properties QDs, which hinders further application field. The toxicological mechanism mainly stems from release heavy generation reactive oxygen species (ROS). At same time, contact reaction also cause disorders organelles changes gene expression profiles. In review, we try present an overview toxicity related mechanisms different target organs. It believed that evaluation synthesis environmentally friendly primary issues be addressed future widespread However, considering many types potential modifications, review still not clearly elucidated, needed meaningful topic. Cadmium (Cd) is a heavy metal pollutant widely distributed in the environment due to industrial activities, mining, and agricultural practices. Cadmium-induced Toxicity exerts profound effects on ER functioning through multiple mechanisms, leading cellular dysfunction pathological consequences. disrupts protein folding activates unfolded response (UPR). Cd exposure leads accumulation of misfolded proteins, triggering UPR pathways mediated by critical transmembrane sensors: IRE1, PERK, ATF6. The subsequent aims restore homeostasis but can also induce apoptosis under severe stress conditions. calcium inhibiting SERCA pump, further exacerbating stress. generation reactive oxygen species (ROS plays role toxicity, damaging ER-resident proteins amplifying activation). affects lipid metabolism. This review examines mechanisms which toxicity impairs functioning, disruption quality control dysregulation signaling consequences, including oxidative stress, apoptosis, inflammation, are discussed context Cd-induced pathogenesis diseases such as Cancer neurodegenerative cardiovascular disorders. Finally, potential therapeutic strategies must be explored mitigate adverse human health.

Abstract The large number of toxic metals accumulate in water and soil environment as a result unmanaged industrial waste disposal, significantly impacting variety health-related issues. Heavy metal resistance is very high among microorganisms the soil's rhizosphere. In this work, we isolated such naturally existing rhizosphere bacteria Aeromonas sanarellii ( A. ) from heavily contaminated Anakaputhur area, southern part Chennai city, India. On basis partial amplification 16S rRNA using new primers, was molecularly identified. Then, 33 strains were used to align sequence order study phylogenetic relationships neighbour joining method.
