This study aimed to evaluate the effect of leukocyte and platelet-rich plasma (L-PRP) on pulpal healing process following immediate intentionally delayed tooth replantation in mice. After maxillary first molars 3-week-old mice were extracted, teeth immersed for 1 min [immediate reimplantation (IR)] or 30 [intentionally (IDR)] phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) solution. The alveolar socket was filled with without 1.5 μL L-PRP [experimental control groups (EG CG)] followed by replantation. Samples collected from day week 4 after operation, processed histology, evaluated immunohistochemistry Nestin Ki-67 expression. Quantitative analysis revealed positive staining during EG at IR 2 IDR. Hard tissue deposition significantly increased 2. Cell proliferation higher compared that CG decreased coronal pulp IDR Our data suggest treatment may have a healing, even replanted an extended extra-oral period.
