ABSTRACT Sleep deprivation impairs daytime cognitive functioning and is a risk factor for various diseases related to immune dysregulation. N 6 ‐methyladenosine (m A) common epigenetic RNA modification with essential roles in regulating neurogenesis circadian rhythms. m A dysregulation resulting imbalance has received much attention. In this study, we elucidated the landscape specific mechanisms of regulators peripheral blood patients sleep through sequencing single‐cell transcriptomics data sets. We observed that regulator upregulation aggravated loss disorders. Women were more sensitive deprivation. Notably, ALKBH5 was downregulated mononuclear cells (PBMC) at transcriptome level. However, cell‐type upregulated T (TC), B (BC), natural killer (NK) cells, involving acquired by aberrant cell–cell communication mediated ligand–receptor interactions across diverse cell types. Furthermore, could be regulated potential pathway between CD99 SH‐SY5Y HT22 cells. group CD3 + /CD45 had higher levels mRNA than control group. This study demonstrated abnormal patterns caused play key role innate immunity
