Abstract Since the 12 major signs of aging were revealed in 2023, people's interpretation will go further, which is great significance for understanding occurrence, development, and intervention process. As one aging, cellular senescence refers to process proliferation differentiation ability cells decrease under stress stimulation or over time, often manifested as changes cell morphology, cycle arrest, decreased metabolic function. Interferon (IFN), a secreted ligand specific surface receptors, can trigger transcription interferon‐stimulated genes (ISGs) play an important role senescence. In addition, IFN serves component SASP, activation signaling pathway has been shown contribute apoptosis It expected delay by linking with studying effects on its mechanism. This article provides review research relationship between consulting relevant literature.

In this in vivo study on hairless mice, we examined the effects of light-emitting diode (LED) treatment applied prior to ultraviolet B (UVB) irradiation. We found that pre-treating with LED improved skin morphological and histopathological conditions compared those only exposed UVB our study, histological evaluation collagen elastic fibers after irradiation showed pretreatment significantly enhanced quality fibers, which were otherwise poor density irregularly arranged due UV exposure alone. This suggests promotes elastin production, leading properties. Additionally, observed an increase Claudin-1 expression a reduction nuclear factor-erythroid 2-related factor 2 (Nrf-2) heme-oxygenase 1 (HO-1) within LED-treated tissues, suggesting therapy may modulate key barrier proteins oxidative stress markers. These results demonstrate light can enhance skin’s resistance UVB-induced damage by modulating gene regulation associated protection. Further investigations are needed explore broader biological other tissues such as blood vessels. underscores potential non-invasive approach repair counteract photoaging caused exposure.
