Much research has been conducted worldwide on the recognition and monitoring of punches in martial art sports during training process. The performance punching movements can be accurately analyzed based collected data. current study aims to classify a bag using K Means data logging system. Its stages are hardware design, implementation, testing, learning, testing. FSR 402 sensor was used measure force. GY6500 MPU6500 also utilized identify reaction force these punches. were utilizing subsequently tested. results revealed that system exhibited good performance, proven by its accuracy 93.6%, precision 0.933, recall 0.934, F1 score 0.934. Based results, it seems classification right left punch forces efficiently carried out. This help users analyze process, thus improve their performance.
