Past anti-bacterial use of bacteriophages (phage therapy) is already well reviewed as a potential therapeutic response to the emergence multidrug-resistant, pathogenic bacteria. Phage therapy has been limited by following. (1) The success rate too low for routine and Food Drug Administration (FDA) approval. (2) Current strategies phage characterization do not sufficiently improve therapy. (3) stability many phages at ambient temperature high enough routinely store transport temperature. In present communication, we new previous data that interpret introductory biophysically efficiently transforming needed level effectiveness. Included are procedure preliminary native gel electrophoresis (a low-cost procedure) projecting effectiveness newly isolated phage, suggest way achieve stabilizing dried, ambient-temperature via polymer embedding, means increase blood persistence, therefore effectiveness, what would otherwise be relatively low-persistence phage.
