Surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensors are among the most sensitive sensors. In such devices, a grating is compelling alternative to prism for excitation of surface plasmon, especially in development point-of-care applications due their compactness and cost-effectiveness. Here, we demonstrate use tunable laser grating-based SPR system further miniaturization integration. The working at normal incidence replaces spectral moving components, while also simplifying optical setup. Normal conventionally avoided complexity control degenerated modes. An essential aspect of successful cancer diagnosis is the identification malignant tumors during early stages development, as this can significantly diminish patient mortality rates and increase their chances survival. This task facilitated by biomarkers, which play a crucial role in determining stage cells, monitoring growth, evaluating success treatment. However, conventional detection methods involve several intricate steps, such time-consuming nucleic acid amplification, target detection, complex treatment process that may not be appropriate for rapid screening. Biosensors are emerging promising diagnostic tools detecting cancer, carbon nanotube (CNT)- graphene-based transistor biosensors have shown great potential due to unique electrical mechanical properties. These high sensitivity selectivity, allowing biomarkers at low concentrations. review article discusses recent advances development CNT- detection.
