Background: The aim of this study was to compare the rates vaccination against COVID-19 infection in psychiatric outpatients and general population, as well infected patients. In addition, level type anxiety due pandemic were observed patients with psychotic, anxiety, depressive disorders. Materials Methods: present study, 171 pre-existing mental disorders completed questionnaire about doses types COVID-19. During 2021–2023, different disorders, aged from 18 80, included. All filled a self-reported including information (age, sex, marriage, education, working status, comorbid conditions) questions health, receiving vaccination, course if it present. gave informed consent for interview. Results: Patients more likely be vaccinated compared population. Sinopharm vaccine most frequently applied. patients, 46.8% infected, but just 7% had medium or serious form not vaccinated. Conclusions: our percentage greater than that except psychotic who mostly limited by fear. Such results can explained high somatic comorbidities population perhaps insufficient positive effects vaccination.

Multivariant binary logistic regression showed that having family history disorders (odds ratio 2.73), younger age (OR, 1.1) being relationship 0.49) increased sample.
