ABSTRACT We aimed to describe the characteristics and current practices of Swiss health professionals who manage patients with occupational burnout (POB), namely general practitioners (GP), psychiatrist-psychotherapists (PP), physicians (OP) psychologists. Among 3216 respondents, 2951 reported consult POB, 1130 (713 410 psychologists) treat them. The study showed that POB management constitutes 5 25% care professionals’ consultations, an inequal distribution POBs across specialties specializations, but also geographic regions. profile consulted differs professionals. During the COVID-19 pandemic’s school closures and distance education that resulted from it, teachers were faced with an increasing workload significant changes in their working environment. As a result, school and daycare settings closed indefinitely working from home became new normal for big part workforce, which came with increased homeschooling childcare responsibility mothers. Researchers have done a great deal of research on the variables associated with early childhood teacher burnout, but findings are numerous and inconsistent. Therefore, this study explored most burnout among teachers through meta-analysis. The National Assembly Electronic Library in Korea, Riss, Library, DBpia databases were all thoroughly searched by researchers. Strict inclusion criteria resulted 201 studies, 35 total—divided into 5 variable groups—were analyzed. results showed that correlated group was psychological personality protective variable, largest effect size groups age ( r = −.3052), resilience −.5415), calling −.526), turnover intention .5021), interpersonal relationships −.4552). However, risk not statistically significant. El presente estudio evaluó viabilidad una formación en línea docentes, orientada promover habilidades metacognitivas como autoconciencia, aumentar bienestar del docente disminuir percepción estrés.
