Penelitian ini menyelidiki dampak dari strategi pemasaran digital, citra merek, dan loyalitas pelanggan terhadap kinerja penjualan produk fesyen di Shopee, sebuah platform e-commerce terkemuka Indonesia. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel 231 penelitian menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Partial Least Squares (PLS) untuk menganalisis keterkaitan antara variabel-variabel tersebut. Temuan tersebut mengungkapkan hubungan yang signifikan positif pelanggan, penjualan. Studi memberikan wawasan berharga bagi ingin mengoptimalkan mereka meningkatkan secara keseluruhan dalam lanskap ritel online dinamis.

The present research aims to investigate the impact of satisfaction with learning, risk-taking behavior, impulsive buying attitudes, and openness toward adopting new applications, on 296 respondents. study's results allows significant highlighting relationship between learning attitudes digital applications.
