Professional identity is a crucial element in the growth and development of nurses as professionals. The process professional formation begins when students internalize principles values nursing gain deeper understanding their roles. Objective: To measure undergraduate its association with academic year. Methods: A cross-sectional analytical study was conducted from January to August 2024 at Public-Sector College Nursing Rawalpindi. total 226 were selected using universal sampling. Results: mean score students’ perceived 87.07 ± 14.129, indicating moderate No significant differences observed between years (p>0.05).
