In the context of slowing economic growth and increasing uncertainty, enhancing financial flexibility manufacturing enterprises is a critical foundation for promoting high-quality development real economy. This study selects sample Chinese A-share-listed firms from Shanghai Shenzhen, spanning years 2012 to 2022, constructs fixed-effects model examine impact ESG performance on these its underlying mechanisms. The finds that: (1) significantly enhances corporate flexibility. (2) promotes primarily through mechanisms such as alleviating financing constraints, improving competitive advantages, attracting analysts’ attention. (3) Heterogeneity analysis reveals that positive effect more pronounced in high-tech non-heavily-polluted firms. (4) Sub-dimensional shows governance has significant enhancement than social responsibility, while environmental investment exerts an inhibitory (5) uncertainty associated with ratings weakens contribution practices Based findings, this paper suggests should be encouraged actively adopt practices, accelerate improvement their disclosure systems, support strong foster development.

This research addresses the importance of soft skills approach, which encompasses problem-solving, collaboration, interpersonal and communication for higher education in information technology (IT) field. IT graduate students continue to face difficulties meeting employability criteria global sector due mismatching capabilities, such as discrepancy between technical knowledge obtained academia practical expected by employers. systematic literature review used PRISMA guidelines data collection. Papers were examined using inclusion-exclusion criteria, included concentrating on full-text studies about published English 2018 2024. Using a sample of strategic alliances involving listed companies in China, we investigate whether firm's ESG responsibility performance enhances shareholder value. Our findings indicate that firms with superior achieve higher announcement returns. We attempt to explore the impact of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) performance on firms from a comprehensive peer comparison perspective. constructed composite index encompassing profitability, growth, security, compared it with median peers ultimately form quality for enterprises. In an era of global digitalization, understanding the drivers corporate digital transformation is crucial for sustainable economic growth. This study examines impact analyst attention on Chinese firms using a comprehensive dataset 27,850 firm-year observations from 2010 to 2023. We employ regression analysis—including fixed effects, robustness checks, and instrumental variable approaches—to assess whether increased scrutiny financial analysts influences adoption advanced technologies. Our empirical results reveal that heightened significantly promotes transformation. Furthermore, environmental, social, governance (ESG) performance partially mediates this relationship, while CEO green experience moderates it by amplifying positive effect attention.
