Background:
University
students
often
experience
significant
stress,
which
may
contribute
to
disordered
eating
behaviors.
Objectives:
This
study
examines
the
relationship
between
perceived
stress
and
attitudes
among
physical
therapy
in
Romania,
exploring
impact
on
overall
well-being
identifying
predictors
of
maladaptive
patterns.
Methods:
A
cross-sectional
survey
was
conducted
with
192
from
Faculty
Midwifery
Nursing,
“Carol
Davila”
Medicine
Pharmacy.
Two
validated
instruments
were
used:
Eating
Attitudes
Test
(EAT-26)
assess
behaviors
Perceived
Stress
Scale
(PSS-14)
measure
levels.
Statistical
analyses
included
correlations,
ANOVA,
regression
models,
a
significance
threshold

<
0.05.
Results:
Among
respondents,
15.1%
displayed
behaviors,
significantly
correlating
EAT-26
subscales.
