The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) set forth by the United Nations aim to eradicate poverty, protect environment, and promote global prosperity 2030. Within this framework, Goal 11 targets explicitly sustainable cities communities, emphasizing need for accessible, safe, transportation systems all individuals, including those with disabilities. However, despite these aspirations, individuals disabilities often face unique challenges barriers in accessing services. This study delves into complexities of accessibility people disabilities, aiming understand their perceptions expectations service quality regarding reliability, tangibles, cleanliness, safety, comfort, personnel, stops. In a comprehensive survey involving 302 data were collected considering strata such as visual impairment, hearing chronic illness, physical disability. where cluster analysis was applied examine common assessments both demographic characteristics habits evaluated determine most effective inputs. optimal results obtained using disability level, car ownership, access stops, frequency use, while inclusion other sociodemographic variables (such age income) negatively affected clustering process. By analyzing independently each cluster, unveils potential variations how perceive evaluate findings shed light on distinct evaluation approaches employed based characteristics, highlighting tailored planning policy-making solutions. For example, overall assessment vehicle ergonomics not highlighted an area improvement, but it emerged aspect least satisfaction among higher levels addressing nuances, policymakers stakeholders can better meet diverse needs contributing creation more inclusive accessible line SDGs.
