Many organizations have shifted to hybrid or remote work arrangements in response the COVID-19 pandemic. Illness, whether physical psychological, can manifest during telework (remote home-based work), leading presenteeism and absenteeism behaviour. A systematic literature search was performed on seven online databases: MEDLINE, CINAHL, PsycINFO, ABI Inform Global, SCOPUS, Web Science Business Source Premier.
