Resource-based cities are vulnerable to the depletion of natural resources and urgently need undergo a green transformation avoid so-called “resource curse” achieve sustainable development. In recent years, the in-depth implementation of China’s “shifting from secondary industries to tertiary industries” policy, coupled with accelerating pace urban renewal, has positioned transformation and reuse industrial heritage as a pivotal approach enhancing spatial quality fostering cultural continuity. This paper focuses on three mixed-mode parks in Hebei Province: Dahua, Miansan, Shimeiji. Based existing research practical circumstances, an evaluation system encompassing six dimensions 18 indicators is established. On this basis, questionnaire survey was conducted, including two parts: satisfaction Kano model questionnaire. According obtained data, use park after completion evaluated problems renovation were summarized comprehensively.
