In
recent
years,
the
in-depth
implementation
of
China’s
“shifting
from
secondary
industries
to
tertiary
industries”
policy,
coupled
with
accelerating
pace
urban
renewal,
has
positioned
transformation
and
reuse
industrial
heritage
as
a
pivotal
approach
enhancing
spatial
quality
fostering
cultural
continuity.
This
paper
focuses
on
three
mixed-mode
parks
in
Hebei
Province:
Dahua,
Miansan,
Shimeiji.
Based
existing
research
practical
circumstances,
an
evaluation
system
encompassing
six
dimensions
18
indicators
is
established.
On
this
basis,
questionnaire
survey
was
conducted,
including
two
parts:
satisfaction
Kano
model
questionnaire.
According
obtained
data,
use
park
after
completion
evaluated
problems
renovation
were
summarized
comprehensively.
The
finds
out
shortcomings
commonalities
differences
parks,
finally
putting
forward
optimization
suggestions
for
problems,
order
provide
theoretical
reference
guidance
