This review discusses types of existing opportunities new to be used as diagnostic components detecting Plasmodium, including terms sensitivity, detection limit, specificity, species that can detected. Following comparison, five main ideal malaria were identified, namely HRP2, pLDH, hemozoin, aldolase, pGDH.
