The Xiecun Huangjiu (XCHJ), an exemplary representation of North Huangjiu, exhibits a distinct and invigorating aroma predominantly formed during its aging period. In this study, we observed dynamic changes in 16 key compounds by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC–MS) the XCHJ, with such as phenethylalcohol, isoamylalcohol, benzaldehyde, ethylbenzoate initially increasing then decreasing. Ultra-Performance Liquid Chromatography (UPLC) detected nineteen amino acids, total content ranging from 1901.45 to 3764.45 mg/L. High-throughput sequencing indicated that Pseudomonas, Ochrobactrum, Moesziomyces Aspergillus et al. were abundant aged XCHJ. Totally, 4 bacteria 8 fungi exhibited strong associations production. Physicochemical properties primarily interacted Aspergillus, Pseudeurotium, Thermomyces, Bacteroides Blautia. Furthermore, co-occurrence network analysis highlighted significant interactions between Pantoea, Rhodotorula, Monascus, acids. These findings provide valuable insights for regulation

Abstract Ovarian cancer is a deadly gynecological disease with frequent recurrence. Current treatments for patients include platinum-based therapy regimens PARP inhibitors specific HR-deficient high-grade serous ovarian cancers (HGSOCs). Despite initial effectiveness, inevitably develop progression as tumor cells acquire resistance. Toward the development of new therapeutic avenues, we describe gene amplification involving both HSF1 and MYC, wherein these two genes are co-amplified in over 30% HGSCO patients. We further found that MYC transcriptional activity was highly correlated human HGSOC tumors cell lines, suggesting they may cooperate disease. CUT&RUN revealed overlapping binding throughout genome. Moreover, peaks transcription factors were nearly identical, protein-protein interaction between detected, supporting molecular cooperation. Supporting functional cooperation factors, growth co-amplification dependent on MYC. To identify target could take advantage this unique dependency, polo-like kinase 1 (PLK1) specimens. Targeting PLK1 volasertib greater than 200-fold increased potency HSF1-MYC compared to those wild-type copy number. Although success other clinical trials has been modest, current study suggests targeting precision medicine approach using biomarker HGSOC.
