Prostate
cancer
(PCa)
is
the
most
prevalent
malignancy
and
second
leading
cause
of
cancer-related
deaths
among
men.
While
adenocarcinoma
prostate
(adeno-PCa)
well-characterized,
neuroendocrine
(NEPC)
remains
poorly
understood.
Generally,
NEPC
a
rare
but
highly
aggressive
histological
variant,

limited
patho-physiological

leads
to
insufficient
